Conference Registration

Atlanta is the capital and one of the most populous cities in the state of Georgia as well as the urban core of one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States.

Considered a top business city and transportation hub, Atlanta is the world headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T Mobility, and Delta Air Lines.  The surrounding area contains additional corporate headquarters, including Home Depot and UPS. Atlanta has the country's third largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies along with Chicago inside city boundaries, and more than 75 percent of the Fortune 1000 companies have a presence in the Atlanta metropolitan area. 

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, which is located seven miles south of downtown Atlanta, is the world's busiest airport and the only major airport to serve the city.

Member registrations include all educational program sessions including Corporate Symposia, Product Theatre, General Sessions and Concurrent Breakout Sessions. In addition, a full registration also includes entrance to the Exhibit Hall, sponsored evening social events, and other sponsored activities.

Nonmember registrations include all benefits of a full member registration with the higher registration fee. Student registrations include all benefits of a full member registration. A copy of a valid student ID must be present when submitting your conference registration form. Registrations without an ID will not be able to check in on site at the student rate.

To make an online registration, click here. Telephone reservations will be accepted at (800) 243-1580 (US and Canada) or (404) 584-7458 (International). Registration will also be accepted via fax or mail.

Refreshing Speaker Registration

All conference speakers will need to register for the conference. Please use this registration form to complete the process. Your registration includes conference lunches, exhibit hall access, sessions, and the closing ceremony.

Changes/Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations to your registration should be made through the Alliance for Refreshing Technology Headquarters via mail, fax, or you may call their toll-free number between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST at (800) 243-1580 (US and Canada). Cancellations within seven days of arrival will forfeit deposits.

Shuttle Buses

Shuttle buses will be provided for all Alliance for Refreshing Technology hotels located farther than 4 blocks from the Georgia World Congress Center.

• Ritz-Carlton Atlanta Downtown
• Westin Peachtree Plaza
